The Wealth Management Officer will assist the Wealth Management team in supporting the day-to-day management of investment portfolios, ensuring the seamless execution of various portfolio-related tasks and fostering excellent relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the investment process and be proactive in ensuring that administrative, reporting, and client servicing tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting and organising KYC/AML documentation for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Help set up new client accounts and input information into systems.
Prepare and organise client agreements, forms, and reporting documentation.
Monitor and track client portfolio performance, updating data for internal analysis.
Compile trade blotters and provide accurate record-keeping of transactions.
Assist in preparing data and analysis for portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation adjustments.
Serve as the first point of contact for basic client queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Prepare regular client reports, including portfolio performance updates, account statements, and other relevant materials.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring that necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Assist with preparing and tracking regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
Help collect and review client documents for ongoing KYC/AML checks and ensure records are up-to-date.
Maintain accurate client records for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide general administrative support, including document filing, scheduling, and preparing meeting materials.
Provide administrative assistance to portfolio managers and advisors.
Job requirements
· MQF level 5 of education
· Ideally has a good understanding and experience in the area of investments
Skills Requirements
· Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
· Attention to detail, proactive and focused
· Excellent organizational and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines
· Be able to work in a team and willing to learn new skills
