Regulatory Reporting Officer

The Regulatory Reporting Officer, will be working closely with the finance team to handle various complex reports, interpreting evolving regulations and working closely with local regulators, and implementing strong reporting frameworks to support our growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports to financial authorities

• Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on reporting obligations

• Develop and maintain reporting procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and reconcile regulatory data

• Provide clear guidance and interpretation of reporting requirements to internal stakeholders

• Liaise directly with regulators and external auditors during reviews, audits, and examinations

• Help with daily finance operational tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed

• Be in possession of a tertiary level educational qualification within accounting/finance or related subjects

• Ideally have a minimum of  3 years’ experience within financial reporting or a similar role

• Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrate excellent project management skills

• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment
