Role Overview:
To provide exceptional service to our high-value personal and business customers using Moneybase services, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued engagement with our products. The Key Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for these customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive prompt, personalised support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain continuous relationships with high-value personal and business customers.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of their queries and issues.
Understand customers’ needs in detail and proactively suggest solutions or additional Moneybase services that can add value to their experience.
Liaise internally with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to key clients.
Monitor customer activity and sentiment, ensuring their engagement remains high and addressing any risk of churn proactively..
Conduct regular check-ins with customers within your portfolio to gather feedback and ensure expectations are being met.
Own the onboarding of new key customers , ensuring a seamless experience.
Prepare reports on client satisfaction, account activity, and potential upsell opportunities for management.
Support the Head of Customer Experience in initiatives aimed at enhancing the VIP customer experience.
Job requirements
Previous experience in a front-facing role, preferably managing Key account management of customer portfolios and / or VIP services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to handle multiple key customer accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of service.
Good problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying potential customer pain points.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Knowledge or experience within fintech, banking, or financial services will be a big advantage.
