Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating AI capabilities into our platform and analyzing data to improve performance and user experience. This role requires expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and API integration.

Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Engineering
- Design, develop, and implement AI models to enhance our fintech platform.
- Integrate ChatGPT and other AI services using APIs.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.
- Monitor AI system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve reliability and efficiency.

Data Science and Analysis
- Analyse user interaction data to gain insights and improve AI model performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop predictive models to enhance user experience and business operations.
- Visualize data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data collection and analysis requirements.
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize trading algorithms and payment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries 
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with API integration and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the fintech industry or with financial data.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot technologies.
- Experience with big data technologies
