Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating business intelligence and data models allowing us to analyse data to improve performance and user experience. This role requires expertise in mathematics and tools for data analysis

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement models to allow the business to make key decisions.
- Collaborate with AI team to fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.

Data Science and Analysis
- Analyse data to gain insights and improve performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop predictive models to enhance user experience and business operations.
- Visualize data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data collection and analysis requirements.
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize trading algorithms and payment processes.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with API integration and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 
Experience with big data and data analysis tools technologies

- Experience in the fintech industry or with financial data
