Due to growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a QA engineer which is a fast growing area of our development flow. The QA role involves testing of our brand new, state of the art product called Moneybase which is a Neobank App & platform. You will form part of a forming part of our Fintech Arm which employs over 40 IT specialists. You will also form part of the CC Group which employs 165+ people, was established in 1972 and is a leader in financial services. The role is available to candidates across Europe and provides the flexibility of working remotely or at our 2,000Sqm HQ which also offers gym facilities available for use throughout the day.

Summary of Position:

QA Engineer will be responsible together with the QA team for the release quality of our software. The role involves tasks such as writing test plans and executing them. The role is focused on innovation and involves the development of our wealth management software suite including our online trading platform.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to ensure consistent project execution
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Develop and apply testing processes
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Experience in end to end testing together with multiple teams.
  • Experience in writing test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
  • Experience using Atlassian tools set such as Confluence, Jira
  • Experience within a Banking environment mainly SEPA and Swift

PLUS POINTS

  • Experience in testing Native Application on iOS & Android
  • Knowledge of Finance and/or Payments.
  • ISTQB
  • Performance testing experience
  • Test automation
  • Experience testing Agile Projects
