To support our ongoing growth within Europe we are now opening officially licensed offices in Lithuania. Once licensed by the Central Bank of Lithuania, Moneybase UAB and Moneybase Invest UAB will offer unique digital payment and investment services to all Lithuanians and Europeans alike. We are now looking for an experienced full-time Product Owner to join our Lithuania Office in Vilnius. The role will form part of our Fintech Arm within the group which employs over 40 IT specialists. 


Moneybase Lithuania offices are located in Vilnius. Partial remote working will also be offered.


Duties & Responsibilities:

The Product Owner role serves a crucial link between the Product Manager and the development team as well as between the support team and the dev team.

  • Lead the daily needs of the team and act as a reference point
  • Liaise with Developers and Product Managers to understand requirements and propose solutions that meet such requirements
  • Manage the roadmap
  • Decide on urgent issues and priorities
  • Work with UX designers to design an effective user experience
  • Engage with the Dev team
  • Perform high-level UAT to verify that the solution is in line with the vision
  • Handle Jira Grooming

Requirements

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Digital banking experience
  • A good understanding of software development, preferably including mobile
  • UI / UX Experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA and other related tools
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies
  • Product Owner, Scrum Master Certifications are a plus


Skills Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within respective project time frames
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
  • A strong interest in business and business development
