The Fintech division is made up of a multinational team of over 50 IT specialists who thrive on a challenge and are always looking at developing the next big thing. We are currently working on some very exciting projects that include investment and banking both of which are on an international scale. We are utilizing the very latest technologies to get us there.

The role is focused on fintech innovation and involves the development of our wealth management software suite and core banking systems as well as our online trading platform.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Developers and Product Owners to understand requirements and propose solutions that meet such requirements
  • Assess impact, assist in prioritization and provide high-level estimates for the project pipeline
  • Breakdown EPICs into user stories based on feedback from SCRUM master and DEV team
  • Define Business Acceptance criteria for stories
  • Work with UX designers to design an effective user experience
  • Engage with Dev teams, to assist with breaking down user stories into tasks
  • Perform UAT to verify that the solution is in line with the requirements
  • Document Functional Specifications including data flows, data mapping, and detailed Use / Test Cases
  • Document user manuals for new systems
  • Provide initial support of new deployments
  • Perform data verification analysis post-deployment


Requirements

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Experience within financial services
  • At least 2 years of BA experience within mobile banking
  • A good understanding of information technology
  • Exposure to operational processes (including KYC) in a Financial sector environment would be beneficial
  • Experience in collections and/or credit business
  • Experience in SQL, Excel, and any other analysis tools
  • Experience with emoney and direct experience in digital banking and especially card issuing

Skills Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within respective project time frames
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
  • A strong interest in business and business development
