Calamatta Cuschieri Finance Group is a leading diversified financial services group that founded the Maltese financial services industry in 1971. We currently employ 200 people spread across 3 core business lines namely Investment services, Payment services and Fund administration services. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Developers and Product Owners to understand requirements and propose solutions that meet such requirements
  • Define clear specifications and business requirements for solutions being developed or updated
  • Document Functional Specifications including data flows, data mapping, and detailed Use / Test Cases
  • Document user manuals for new systems
  • Asses impact, assist in prioritization, and provide high-level estimates for the project pipeline
  • Breakdown EPICs into user stories based on feedback from the SCRUM master and DEV team
  • Define Business Acceptance criteria for stories
  • Work with UX designers to design an effective user experience
  • Engage with Dev teams, to assist with breaking down user stories into tasks
  • Perform UAT to verify that the solution is in line with the requirements
  • Provide initial support for new deployments
  • Perform data verification analysis post deployment

Requirements

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the financial products and trading, clearing and settlement
  • At least 2 years of BA experience within Wealth Management Systems A good understanding of information technology
  • Exposure to operational processes (including KYC) in a Financial sector environment would be beneficial


Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects within respective project time frames
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
  • A strong interest in business and business development
